At the Winery

Harvest: Mechanical with machine equipped with on-board sorting.

Vinification :  

  • Alcoholique and malotactic fermentaion in termo-regulated stainless steel vats

  • Hot post-fermentation maceration for 2 to 3 weeks.

Ageing:

  • Aged for 12 months in concrete vats.

  • Bottled 18 months after the harvest.

Characteristics:

  • Natural corks 1st Category 44x24

  • Annual production : about 50 000 bottles

In the glass

 

Tasting notes: 

Deep garnet red color with ruby tins.

Seductive nose of mature red and black fruits, some spices.

The whole is greedy, crisp, balanced. Polished tannins.
